Who we are. This page is run by Marcin Ziółkowski. Contact: kondavohq@gmail.com.

What we collect. If you join the list: your email address, your answers to the two questions in the form and the plan you picked. For every visit we also count which buttons were pressed and which ad or link brought you here. We don't use cookies, don't store anything in your browser and don't use advertising trackers.

Why. To tell you when the app is ready and to learn whether people need it (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, when you join the list; our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f), for anonymous visit counts).

Where and how long. Data is stored with Cloudflare. We delete the list when the test ends or the app launches, and no later than 12 months after you join. We don't sell or share it.

Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to kondavohq@gmail.com, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
